In 2016, Senfung cooperated with a famous cell phone brand to develop DLC coating with high hardness and good adhesion. Senfung had organized a project team with 1 Phd, 2 masters and 5 engineers who were responsible for color development, reliability test and process lock-down.

历时9个月，通过了品牌要求的桌面平板耐摩擦3000次耐磨试验，纳米硬度HV2000以上及多项测试指标，在满足客户膜层高硬度的同时保证膜层结合力，量产后膜层良率超过98%，成功进入该品牌的供应链体系，该膜层从生产至今已持续量产超过5年，数量超过1000万小件，该项目也获得了《一种类金刚石薄膜及其制备方法》专利。

After 9 months of hard works, we have successfully developed DLC coating which can pass 3000 cycles tabor test with hardness over 2000HV and yield rate over 98%. The patented DLC coating has been mass produced over 5 years with 10 million cellphone parts.
